Eplerenone belongs to the general class of medicines called antihypertensives. It is used alone or together with other medicines to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). This medicine is also used to treat congestive heart failure (CHF) after a heart attack.

Alpha ketoanalogue tablets are primarily used as a nutritional supplement in the management of chronic kidney disease (CKD). They are typically prescribed to patients with advanced kidney disease, specifically when the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is less than 25 ml/min, to help delay its progression and the need for dialysis. Primary Uses

• Slowing CKD Progression: Alpha ketoanalogues provide essential amino acids without increasing the nitrogen load on the kidneys. When used with a low-protein diet (typically less than 40 grams per day), they help reduce the accumulation of urea and other nitrogenous waste products in the blood (uremic toxins), thus reducing the strain on the kidneys and improving kidney function.
• Preventing Malnutrition: Patients on a restricted protein diet can be at risk of protein-energy wasting or malnutrition. Sevelamer is used to control high blood levels of phosphorus in people with chronic kidney disease who are on dialysis (medical treatment to clean the blood when the kidneys are not working properly).

Ursodeoxycholic acid (also known as ursodiol) 300 mg tablets are a prescription medication used to dissolve certain gallstones and treat primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), a type of chronic liver disease.
