Glycopyrronium Inhalation Solution 25 mcg is a liquid medication containing 25 micrograms of glycopyrronium, an anticholinergic agent used for the long-term maintenance treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. It works by blocking M3 receptors in the airway smooth muscle, leading to bronchodilation and improved airflow. This medication is administered twice daily via a nebulizer and helps reduce symptoms such as shortness of breath, wheezing, and coughing. Uses and How it Works

• Bronchodilation: Glycopyrronium relaxes the muscles around the airways, widening them to improve breathing and relieve symptoms. 
• Long-term Maintenance: It is designed for daily use to prevent symptoms of COPD, rather than as a quick-relief medication. 

Administration

• Nebulizer: The solution is administered using a nebulizer device. 
• Dosage: Typically, 25 mcg is inhaled twice daily, approximately every 12 hours. 
• Oral Inhalation Only: This solution is for inhalation only and should not be taken orally.

Important Considerations
